Our Treatments & Services

Olympus Recovery treats addiction and the underlying issues that fuel it. We recognize the needs and experiences of each individual client, and our program was designed with that in mind.

Curriculum-Based Therapies

We offer curriculum-based therapies and interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) which can help treat trauma and mood disorders, improve emotional regulation, and can be useful for change in behavioral patterns such as substance abuse.

PHP

At Olympus our Partial Hospitalization Program is an opportunity for the client to experience more structured clinical care addressing their issues and diagnoses. Our evidence-based, comprehensive care helps you begin your recovery with support that can help build skills for your recovery.

IOP

In Our Intensive Outpatient Program, clients learn coping skills to help them become active members of their communities and they’re able to identify triggers in order to help build on their recovery. Olympus helps individuals transition back to everyday life by helping to create an environment where change is possible.

EMDR

Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing is a technique in which an experience that was traumatic is recalled while doing bilateral stimulation, such as side-to-side eye movement or hand tapping. The goal of EMDR is to help reduce the effects of upsetting memories by teaching our clients better ways of coping.

CBT

Cognitive behavioral therapy aims to improve mental health by focusing on the challenging and changing cognitive distortions and behaviors. CBT is effective for a range of problems including depression, eating disorders, and severe mental illness.

DBT

Providing clients with new skills to manage painful emotions, dialectical behavioral therapy teaches how to live in the moment, develop healthy ways to cope with stress, and helps to regulate emotions and improve relationships with others.

Detox (Offsite)

Addictions to opioids, heroin, alcohol, and other substances require medically-assisted detoxification to manage the symptoms of chemical dependency withdrawal and stabilize clients for further treatment. For many people entering addiction treatment, detoxification is a necessary first step.

First Responder Care

We offer a dedicated first responder program that includes EMDR and DBT treatment, as well as a specialized trauma therapist to help these men and women cope with the stresses of their job.

Residences

We believe that community support is incredibly important throughout recovery, especially early on. Our clients will enjoy a shared living space in our beautiful community apartments that feature a full-sized kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. The property also includes a clubhouse and pool.

Medication-Assisted Treatment

MAT is primarily used to treat addiction to opioids including heroin and prescription pain relievers. Medications such as Suboxone help reduce the physiological cravings, withdrawal symptoms and normalize body functions and brain chemistry.
