Did you know that more than one in five Americans lives with a mental health disorder? The National Institute of Mental Health estimates that mental illness affects about 57.8 million people in the United States.
While this high number shows how many people need help, it also means you’re not alone. Many of your peers struggle with mental health issues like depression and anxiety.
Olympus Recovery in Delray Beach, FL, has teamed up with Magellan Mental Health Rehab to help you and people like you access the services they deserve.
However, before you commit to treatment at Olympus Recovery, we encourage you to verify your insurance coverage by calling 866-305-7134 or completing our online insurance verification form.
We know finding adequate mental health services is challenging, especially when you’re already battling your condition’s symptoms. That’s why we want to make the process as easy and affordable as possible.
Olympus Recovery partners with Magellan Healthcare to provide mental health services that benefit diverse client needs. Magellan Healthcare isn’t an insurance provider, but it does connect people with a broad network of mental health centers where they can receive the help they deserve.
Olympus Recovery accepts several insurance plans from:
Many insurance plans cover some of the costs even when clients visit out-of-network service providers.

At Olympus Recovery, we provide mental health services for dual-diagnosis clients. A dual diagnosis means that someone struggles with a substance use disorder (SUD) and a mental health disorder.
It’s common for people to experience more than one disorder at a time. According to the National Survey on Drug Use and Health, about 5.7 million Americans struggle with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
It’s unlikely that people with multiple diagnoses will find long-term recovery unless professionals help them deal with underlying mental health conditions.
Some of the mental health conditions treated at Olympus Recovery include:

Olympus Recovery offers two primary types of mental health treatments:
Our partial hospitalization programs tend to work well for people who don’t need complete hospitalization. Many people come to our PHP after completing intensive inpatient therapy. We provide a middle ground where clients can continue learning effective coping skills before returning to their daily lives.
At Olympus Recovery, you’ll find a supportive environment and therapists who use diverse treatment modalities based on your unique needs.
While staying at Olympus, you get weekly family contact to check in with loved ones if requested.
Our partial hospitalization program is offered Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:10 p.m.
Intensive outpatient programs let clients stay in their own homes so they can meet their family and professional responsibilities. However, you will have about three hours per day, two days per week, to concentrate on your recovery. Depending on your needs, that might include attending individual counseling and group sessions.
Our IOP is available Monday and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 12:20 p.m.
Olympus Recovery clients receive personalized treatments intended to address their unique situations. Some of the therapies you or your loved one might encounter at Olympus include:
Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is a talk therapy that identifies unhelpful thoughts and behavioral patterns. Learning to interrupt these patterns helps people find healthier ways to cope with challenging feelings.
Clients undergoing CBT might also learn techniques for relaxing their bodies and minds, making it possible to face challenging feelings instead of turning to substances for relief.
Dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT) approaches mental health disorders as forms of emotional dysregulation. Clients learn how to cope with challenges by recognizing and naming emotions. By taking these steps, people can start regulating strong emotions in healthy ways.
Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is often used to treat PTSD, but it has become an increasingly common option for other mental health conditions, too.
During therapy sessions, clients recall traumatic events while moving their sides from side to side. This process helps lessen the distress of trauma so clients can move forward in their lives.
Experiential therapy uses direct experiences to help people see that they can choose different behaviors in their lives. It’s often used to boost self-esteem, process emotions, and express feelings.
Experiential therapy options at Olympus Recovery include:
Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) addresses physical and psychological addiction in a safe way that nurtures lifelong recovery. Over time, a doctor will taper your dosage until you don’t need to rely on the substance anymore. During this time, clients can learn new coping skills that address any mental health symptoms that were previously self-medicated with drugs or alcohol.
Magellan Healthcare and Olympus Recovery work together to ensure every client receives the right treatment options for their unique needs.

Olympus Recovery provides a safe, comfortable place where you can address mental health challenges in a supportive environment. While you will eventually need to learn how to process life’s stressors on your own, you also need a stress-free center where you can focus on replacing unwanted behaviors with healthier alternatives.
At Olympus Recovery, you can enjoy:
The treatments clients receive at Olympus Recovery start them down paths of lifelong recovery and wellness. That doesn’t mean you or your loved one won’t encounter incredibly difficult challenges after leaving Olympus, though. Anything from an unexpected loss to life’s daily pressures could trigger a relapse.
Olympus Recovery’s alumni program provides the ongoing support you need to stay healthy. We continue reaching out to clients until they ask us not to. As long as you feel like you need some additional help, we’re here to assist you.
Twelve-step programs like Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA) can connect you with people facing the same challenges as you. Attending in-person or online meetings gives you a chance to learn from other people with similar experiences. You also benefit from knowing that other people have faced and overcome challenges to lead healthier lives.
Olympus Recovery can also reach out to your friends, family members, and other loved ones to offer help. Perhaps some of the people in your life don’t know how to accept the changes you’ve made in your behaviors. Others might struggle with the same issues you’ve worked hard to overcome. Olympus Recovery has services that can help them adapt to life’s changes and find healthy ways to move forward.
About 40% of incarcerated people have a history of mental illness. Unfortunately, the justice system doesn’t always prioritize the needs of people living with mental health issues. Instead, they get jailed for behaviors that fall outside of society’s norms.
To make matters even worse, the legal consequences of jail time can make it more difficult for people to secure gainful employment that leads to financial stability.
Olympus Recovery provides legal and career services to help you or your loved one build a stable life. As a result, Recovery alumni often find that they escape the stressful situations that contribute to unhealthy behavior patterns.
Olympus Recovery and Magellan Mental Health Rehab are committed to the success of your wellness journey. We also want to help ensure that you choose an affordable option. That’s why we verify insurance coverage before admitting clients to the program.
